SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • All of our goodies are "made to order" just for you; after successfully placing an order, please allow approx. 3 days for printing and processing before your items ship out
  • For any order over $49 USD, you'll get Economy Shipping for FREE, and let us take care of the delivery cost! 
  • If your order contains multiple items, we'll do our best to package and deliver them altogether in one shipment, as part of our efforts to minimize shipping-related carbon footprints
  • Sometimes (although very rarely) your order gets shipped out separatey due to policy or logisitc limitations, we'll notify you in advance via email 
  • Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email along with the shipment tracking link and a specific tracking number for your order
  • Normally you won't be charged duties, but depending on your country of residence, you may be asked to pay import taxes upon the arrival of your items...Sorry, we can’t change your government’s laws!
We get it, international shipping can sometimes be troublesome and stressful, especially in a time of global pandemic.🤷🏽‍♀️ But hey, rest assured, we got you covered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Customer satisfaction is among the top priorities of what we do: we make every effort to guarantee a smooth Zestly experience for you pre and post-purchase;
But we get it...too err is human😥 if in rare occsions mistakes on our end ruined your day, we apologize in advance🙏

 

At Zestly, we run a 45-day return policy:

  • After successfully placing an order (i.e. date of receiving the order confirmation email), anytime within the next 45 days you may opt to 1.request a FREE replacement for any defective/damaged/wrong items (or a refund back to original payment form); 2. request an exchange for a different size.
 

In the (unfortunate) event of receiving defective/damaged/wrong item(s), please:

  1. Kindly contact us within 45 days of order confirmation(with photo/video evidence attached);
  2. Upon assessment, we'd gladly issue you a replacement order or a refund back to your original form of payment (it's up to you, really)
  3. Once we confirm the reception of your returned item, please kindly allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund payment (don't worry, we'll let you know by email)
 

Loved the product but needed an exchange for a different size?

  1. Simply submit a request to return the original item (within 45 days of order confirmation); make sure the item is unused/unwashed and in original condition;
  2. Once we approve your exchange/return request, we'll send you the return address, and you'll be responsible for arrangement/cost of the return shipment;
  3. In the meantime, complimentary FREE Economy Shipping code will be issued to you; simply Place a New Order with your desired size;
  4. Finally, grab a cup of coffee, sit back and relax - your new order shall arrive in due time 📦📬
Please note: the shipping cost of the original order (if any) is refunded ony in the case of defective/damaged/wrong items; for exchange returns, the original shipping cost may not be refunded.
 
Final Sale/Non-Returnable Items

 
Due to personal safety and hygiene concerns, as well as policy regulations during the pandemic, certain types of items are "Final Sale" only and cannot be returned, including face masks, hats, leggings and socks.  In addition, certain limited edition or sale items are also classified as "Final Sale" items.

All "Final Sale" items will be labeled as such in the product description section. Please make sure you've read through the product details before placing an order.
 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve successfully received your return. If your return is approved after inspection, we'll begin the refund process back to your original payment method within 5 business days. However, it usually another several business days for your bank or credit card company to finally process and post the refund onto you bank statement. Your patience is highly appreciated!

Alternatively, stay tuned with our upcoming "Zexchange" initiative - a peer-to-peer clothing resale community based on shared interests and mutual trust among members of the Zestly family. 
  
Zexchange Share Your Passion + Make a Friend + Save our Planet;
 
  1. Through Zexchange, if you are a registered member of the Zestly Nation with a need to exchange a new/used item previously purchased from Zestly, you may now share this item in an online social group managed by our lovely staff;
  2. Other registered members who share an interest in this item (and likely live nearby) may connect with you for an opportunity to purchase the item from you at a discounted price with a shipping method you both agree to;
  3. Meanwhile, the Zestly team is happy to facilitate the matchup, provide additional authentication of the product (i.e. original purchase date, condition of the product) and offer any assistance when needed;
  4. Once the resale is completed, both members may earn well-deserved rewards (including cashbacks and massive coupons) for future purchase
